Complete structure treatments and pre construction treatments for subterranean termites are guaranteed for a full three years from the original date of completion. In most cases an annual renewal guarantee is available at the beginning of the fourth year.
Local treatments for Subterranean Termites are guaranteed for one year in the location(s) treated. There is no renewal guarantee available for local treatments.
Drywood Termite Treatment Guarantee
Tent fumigations for drywood termites are guaranteed for a full three years from the original date of completion. In most cases an annual renewal guarantee is available at the beginning of the fourth year.
Local treatments for Drywood Termites are guaranteed for one year in the timber(s) treated. There is no renewal guarantee available for local treatments.
